Almost $1.5 million dollars spent on runtime error prone back end webpages without the benefit of smart humans to spell correct like they should have.

This figure amount of money for this made up imagination REFESH-REFRESH project is what they charged people money for to create and change existing webpage websites into ones that were NONCOMPLIANT with the HTML 5.1 standard and extensible standards similar to this one. The HTML and extensible 5.1 standards are in full force and they came into effect on the day documented and listed and they WILL NOT BE CHANGED and the next major update to HTML 6.0  +xhtml +xml will be in the year 2051 and there will be NO REFESH added to make up for their mistakes. REFESH is not a word or a command or a tag or an element or a variable or anything dynamic that invokes a change in something else and it will never be accepted as gospel online. Things don’t work around REFESH or the people that tag it up.

Time is needed to provide clarification and context and definition of a word that is used in common parlance, yet seems to be misunderstood, misspelled, and misdefined.

The word of the day today is PHYSICIAN. A physician is a medical doctor that has a license to practice medicine on human subjects. Physicians perform physical exams on people that are human beings. Physicians diagnose and treat disease in the homo sapiens non-primate species that walk this earth upright if able to on their own or with help. Human people are patients that go see a physician for care when they are sick and don’t feel well. Physicians can write paper copy prescriptions for drugs for people patients that need medication to help them feel better. Physicians send prescriptions to a pharmacy so the pharmacist can fill the prescription and this means that the pharmacist reviews the prescription and selects the correct medicine from the shelf or cupboard or drawer and the right amount of pills or tablets or liquid medicine is counted or measured out and then put in a container and labelled and then the pharmacist does counseling with the patient when they come pick up the pills they need to feel better and the pharmacist also checks to make sure the patient isn’t on medications already that could be harmful if the new one is added like contraindication not contradiction.

The word physician should be compared and contrasted to the nonword no such word that is PHYSICAN.

Many professional people in practice today are erroneously using the word PHYSICAN in place of the word PHYSICIAN and these professional think that the word PHYSICIAN has to do with a person who is a nurse or helper outer at a hospital or clinic or a person who runs samples in a lab like a technician tech technologist. There is no such word or thing or profession as PHYSICAN.

In closing, a physician is a medical doctor with a license to practice medicine. There is no such thing as a physican. Other words that are important in terms of scope of practice in the health care arena environment setting are: nurse, nursing assistant, and nurse practitioner.

They decided to play an early April Fool’s joke on home builders across Canada. In March 2009, the rumor mill circulated a string of emails telling home builders that, in the year 2024, four (4) home sales would be guaranteed at any asking price and that this lump sum would be “underwritten” by the “municipality.” The emails garnered excitement and investment over the past 15 years. The home builders believed what they heard. The truth I just found out moments ago. There is and was no guarantee for sure of any sale at any asking price absolute 100% from the municipality for even 1 showcase show home for this 2024 event, let alone for 4 of them. The home builders have priced their showcase show homes such that if 4 of them were to sell at the guaranteed price they were promised, it would cover the losses they incurred for the last 9 years of their business dealings. I’ll refer you to the numerical figures I mentioned earlier in this paragraph. The perpetrators of the rumor hoax lie are planning to wait 17 more days from now until the 24th day of March to “let them down easy hard.” No one has told the home builders until now and here we are.

News Update for the Property Tax Scandal that is going on Worldwide

3,289 people that own real property in the City of Winnipeg lied about having paid their property taxes. In addition, 4,218 people had a corporate entity or family member or friend intentionally overpay an amount that was attributed to their own property taxes and after the overpayment amount was made, these real property owners lined up at the cashier counter at City Hall in Winnipeg and this was always a day or a week at most later, and they requested and got a fraudulent refund made out to them personally for the overpayment amount. In the last 9 years, this has cost the City of Winnipeg $8.276 million U.S. dollars which is equivalent to $8,276,000.00 U.S. Dollars. The mechanism by which the theft and fraud took place, in addition, was through a web portal application that allowed City administrators and unauthorized staff to log into the system and apply a numerical discount on the property tax roll data entry line or unlawfully check an electronic checkbox indicating the account was paid off in full when it wasn’t.

An example: The property that houses the 4,290 square foot commercial building and business known as <redacted> on northbound Route 90 has never paid a cent in property taxes and they should be paying more than $9,000 U.S. Dollars annually. The business tenant in this leased space brags on social media and tells others that he has a “forgivable lease for as long as necessary.” The building owner can afford to absolve the business owner leasee of his lease payments because the City isn’t making the building owner pay his property taxes. Businesses are failing and the economy is at a standstill. The residential property owned by <redacted> in the Tyndall Heights neighbourhood of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada had a 41% discount applied to the tax roll. They’ve underpaid their property taxes by $17,981 U.S. Dollars since purchasing their home in the year 2019. Four Bank Branch Financial Institutions, 2 Fast Food Franchise Chain restaurants, and 1 Police Headquarters, in Winnipeg have also not made payment as required. These are but a few examples. There are no legal agreements or memoranda of understanding in place in these cases that would negate the requirement for proceed. The investigation is ongoing, and the loophole has now been closed in Winnipeg. The web portal in Winnipeg has been remedied. The following towns, cities, counties, and districts are currently under investigation for the same thing and the deficit created and the amount stolen in the past 9 years is as follows::

They are going to repair the web portal application everywhere in all locations so the discounts are removed and properly so. This will be done in time for this year’s property taxes.

The refund button and refund capability is being removed from the debit machine payment processing terminals at City Hall in Winnipeg, at all Provincial buildings in Manitoba, and at Service Canada buildings nationwide, including the passport office. There is a riot going on at the Headingly Provincial Penitentiary Prison and at the Stony Mountain Federal Penitentiary Prison in Manitoba, Canada, not far from the capital city of Winnipeg.
