Things that I bought yesterday when I went out shopping:
- Lemon juice
- 4 x AAA batteries, and a
- 2024 agenda book day timer
Fun things that are going on in the world:
There is a wintertime block party going on in Malibu, California. There are party games, a few carnival rides, live music, and 9 different food vendors. Barbecued food, like pork spareribs and ribeye roast, and churros with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on the side, are the best-selling food items.
These are the Top 2 holiday-themed start-up business ideas for 2024 that I think will be profitable based on feedback and sold-out numbers last year:
- A Selfie with Santa Photo Booth with a live Santa and a decorated photobooth or photography space that has a Christmas style backdrop and nice lighting and then starting on November 30th every year, customers wait in line or book a timeslot ahead of time and then use a specific and special type of camera known as the SLR395 that features an optional mount that attaches to an iPhone and the customer takes a selfie with Santa and the photographed image is saved on the external SD card and then the photo can be professionally edited and printed on photographic paper that is pre-printed with a candy-cane patterned border around the edges.
- Make your own white chocolate almond bark or peppermint white chocolate almond bark and this could be done as a part of a demonstration with a setup so others could (group) participate for a fee of $150.00 USD plus the cost of ingredients, or it could be done as a part of a more formal cooking class and it would be lead by a culinary expert and it would be held in November or early December every year.
These are some of the things that came up on my news feed in the last day on social media:
- Strawberry cranberry Daiquiris made with rum or tequila, lime juice and 7-Up and a sugar sweet rim for the glass
- Cranberry-orange Polomas on crushed ice
- Rye bread crisp bread crackers and sourdough flatbreads
- Unpacking groceries and putting everything on the counter and then videotaping it and telling me and us about the things you buy
